Our "Virtual Trainer" program will offer a database of successful injury prevention techniques, stretching programs, position specific strength, running and conditioning routines designed by Jamie Reed, Medical Director and Head Trainer for the Texas Rangers as well as Fernando Montes, Texas Rangers Director of Strength & Conditioning.

Virtual Training Advisors

Jamie Reed, President of Professional Baseball Athletics Trainers Society (PBATS), and Fernando Montes, Director Strength and Conditioning Coach Texas Rangers, are Coaches Corner USA advisory board members and will act as the Coaches Corner USA Virtual Trainers.  

We are thrilled to have them on board to share their knowledge and expertise on strength, conditioning, nutrition, rehab and preventative training techniques used at the Major League level.

PBATS Celebrates its Members During NAT Month 2004

(March 12, 2004, Baltimore, Md.) – 
Play ball! It’s time to get ready for 
the upcoming Major League Baseball 
season, and every baseball fan knows what that means – intense training 
and an emphasis on healthcare for professional athletes. 

“As PBATS members, we are very 
proud of what we do and welcome the opportunity to educate the public about the athletic training profession,” said Jamie Reed, president of PBATS
“NAT Month allows us the chance to 
raise awareness of important health issues that many athletes face, and
